IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

IOCL will shortlist candidates based on merit (marks secured in the qualifying examination). There will be no written test or interview for selection.

Merit List Criteria:

Candidates with higher percentage in the prescribed qualification will be given preference.
In case of a tie, the older candidate will be ranked higher.
If the date of birth is the same, the 10th standard marks will be used as a tie-breaker.

IOCL Apprentice Stipend & Training Period
