To apply for IBPS Clerk 2025, candidates must satisfy nationality, age, education, language, and computer literacy requirements. IBPS Clerk eligibility criteria 2025 are mentioned below:

  • Nationality: Must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee migrated before January 1, 1962, with permanent intent, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
  • Age Limit: Minimum age 20 years and maximum age 28 years. Age relaxation applies as per government norms: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (10 years), ex‑servicemen etc..
  • Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent. Candidates must be proficient in the official/local language of the State/UT for which they apply. Computer literacy (basic operations) is mandatory.
  • Other Requirements: Must have a valid personal mobile number and email ID, scanned signature, photograph, thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration in the prescribed format.

The online application for IBPS Clerk 2025 is processed in multiple stages- registration, form filling, upload, preview, fee payment, and submission. Below are the steps to apply online for IBPS Clerk 2025:

According to the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, the candidates appearing for IBPS Clerk Exam must go through the following stages that are part of the selection process:

  1. Prelims Examination
  2. Mains Examination
