3. Community Data Discrepancies: Any discrepancies in community data should be reported to the Deputy Secretary (Examination) III at the Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram, within one month from the date of publication to ensure that reservation benefits are correctly applied.
4. Relinquishment of Claims: Candidates wishing to relinquish their claim for an appointment must submit an attested application in the prescribed format. This application should be supported by a notarized affidavit and a self-attested copy of an ID proof and must be submitted within 15 days of the ranked list publication to be honored.
