Intelligence Bureau (IB) released the detailed notification for IB MTS Recruitment 2025 on November 22, 2025 to fill 362 Multi-Tasking Staff (General) vacancies under the Ministry of Home Affairs. The application window opened from November 22, 2025, to December 14, 2025, for candidates aged 18 to 25 years who had passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board and possessed a valid state domicile certificate.

How to Apply for IB MTS Recruitment 2025?

IB MTS Application Process 2025 is conducted online through the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) or the National Career Service (NCS) portal. Interested candidates must follow the steps given below to complete their application:

  1. Go to the official website of MHA, mha.gov.in, or the NCS portal ncs.gov.in
  2. On the homepage, navigate to the “Recruitment” section and click on “IB MTS Recruitment 2025 link”.
  3. Register by providing a valid email ID and mobile number. This will generate your login credentials.
  4. Then log in using the credentials sent to you and fill out the application form with personal, educational qualifications, category details, exam center preferences, and other details.
  5. Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, Class 10th mark sheet, a valid photo ID, and any other required documents.
  6. Pay the application fee online using SBI ePay, Net Banking, UPI, or through an offline SBI challan.

IB MTS Eligibility 2025 covers nationality, age limit & relaxation, and educational qualifications.

  1. Nationality: Candidates must be citizens of India.
