The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) launched Navachar Mantra on 3 June 2026 to identify, nurture, and support grassroots innovators and early-stage entrepreneurs across India. The initiative focuses on innovators from Tier-2, Tier-3 cities, aspirational districts, and rural regions.

● Selected innovators will receive year-long mentorship, investor interactions, business development support, and market access guidance.
