CGPSC Physical Standards 2026

CGPSC has given physical standards for candidates appearing for Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), which are mentioned below:

  • Height: 168 cm (for Male candidates) and 155 cm (for Female candidates).
  • Chest: Unexpanded, 84 cm, Expanded Chest: 89 cm. There must be a minimum difference of 5 cm between the unexpanded and expanded chest measurements. 
  • Candidates must be medically fit.
  • Candidates shall be free from short-sightedness or not suffer from colour blindness, and must be able to see all colours clearly. A Vision Test will be conducted.
