SSC JE 2024 Notification Released for 968 Vacancies; Apply Online at ssc.gov.in/

SSC JE Notification 2024 has been released by SSC on its official website i.e. www.ssc.gov.in on March 28, 2024. You can apply online for a total of 968 SSC JE 2024 vacancies across Civil, Mechanical & Electrical disciplines till April 18, 2024. SSC JE Tier 1 Exam 2024 is tentatively scheduled to be held on June 04, 05 & 06, 2024. Tier 2 exam dates will be announced later.

SSC JE 2024 application fee is Rs. 100 but it is waived for female candidates, Ex. Servicemen, and candidates who fall under any of the reserved categories. SSC JE positions are classified as Group B (Non-Gazetted). You will get a salary between INR 35,400 and 1,12,400 as per Level 6 of 7th Central Pay Commission. SSC JE Exam Pattern was last updated in 2023. Both Paper 1 and Paper 2 are now conducted in Computer-based Mode.

SSC JE 2024: Salary Details

A substantial remuneration will be awarded to candidates who pass the SSC JE Exam 2024 and are hired as junior engineers. The salary range for the Group B Non-Gazetted class Junior Engineer is up to INR 46,050/-. There are other allowances in addition to Basic Pay and Grade Pay in the SSC JE Salary Structure.
