RRB NTPC Document Verification for Level 3 posts has been announced under CEN 01/2019 on February 1, 2025. The selected candidates are invited for the verification of documents, as well as medical examination, as part of the recruitment process.

RRB NTPC Document Verification Date

  • Start Date for DV: 17th February 2025
  • End Date for DV: 5th March 2025 (Block Date for Absentee Candidates)

Venue and Reporting Time

  • Venue: Railway Recruitment Board, Kolkata, Metro Railway A.V. Complex, R.G. Kar Road, Kolkata 700037
  • Reporting Time: 10:00 AM (for both DV date and block date)

Required Documents for RRB NTPC 2025 Document Verification

Candidates attending RRB NTPC Document Verification session are required to carry the following documents:

  1. E-call letter for Document Verification, which will be available for download from the RRB Kolkata website.
  2. Original Documents: Matriculation certificate, 10+2 certificate, university degree, SC/ST/OBC-NCL certificates, PwBD certificate (if applicable), and others as mentioned in the e-call letter.
  3. Two sets of self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents, as per the CEN 01/2019.
  4. Photographs: Six passport-size photographs (same as used in the online application).
  5. Photo ID Proof: A legible original valid photo ID (e.g., Aadhar card, passport, voter ID).
  6. Medical Certificates: Required for PwBD candidates and candidates with chronic illnesses.
  7. Other documents: Any other certificates as per the candidate’s eligibility (e.g., Minority Community Declaration, Divorce/Death certificates, etc.).

Failure to present the original documents will lead to the rejection of candidature.

RRB NTPC 2025 Document Verification FAQs

Ques. What happens if I miss the scheduled DV date?

Ans. If a candidate fails to attend the DV on the scheduled date, they will have a final opportunity on the block date, 5th March 2025. Missing both dates will result in the rejection of their candidature.

Ques. Is the candidature of shortlisted candidates provisional?

Ans. Yes, the candidature of all shortlisted candidates is provisional and may be canceled if discrepancies or malpractices are found during the document verification or subsequent stages of the recruitment process.

Ques. What is the selection process for RRB NTPC?

Ans. The selection process for RRB Kolkata Level 3 involves a two-stage process: first, a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by Document Verification (DV) and a Medical Examination. Candidates must qualify each stage to proceed further in the recruitment process.
