How to Apply for RRB NTPC 2026

RRB NTPC 2026 Application process for all the posts is conducted through the official website of Railway Recruitment Board. Candidates can follow the steps below to apply for RRB NTPC 2026:

Step 1:Go to the official RRB NTPC application portal at rrbapply.gov.in.

Step 2: Candidates who are applying for the first time must create a new account using a valid email ID and mobile number. After verification and registration, note down the login details

Step 3: Complete RRB NTPC application form by providing personal, educational, category and communication details, along with the post the candidate prefers.

Step 4: Upload the required documents in the format specified. Candidates must note that their photographs should be uploaded through live capturing. Scanned copies of photographs won’t be considered. 

Step 5: Pay the application fee according to your category. Payment can be made online through net banking, UPI, or debit/credit card. Keep the transaction receipt for future reference.

Step 6: Submit the application and download it to your device.

RRB NTPC 2026 Application Correction Window will be open for graduate level candidates till December 9, 2026. Candidates can make modifications in certain fields, such as personal details, photograph, signature, exam city preferences, and other editable information. Check the steps below to make corrections in RRB NTPC 2026 application:

Step 1: Visit the official RRB NTPC website and select the option for Application Correction 2026.

Step 2: Log in using your credentials

Step 3: Edit the allowed fields in your application form. Upload a new photograph or signature if required.

Step 4: Click on the ‘I Agree’ option and submit the corrected application.

Candidates must make sure to complete all the changes in the application within the correction window period. No edits will be allowed afterwards.
