To be eligible for UKPSC APS Recruitment, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualification	Candidates must possess a graduation degree in computer from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Hindi shorthand and minimum 8000 key depressions per hour in Hindi typing on computer. Minimum speed of 100 words per minute in English shorthand and minimum 9000 depressions per hour in English typing on computer. It is to be noted that Althrough English Stenography test is optional, but candidates who pass the English Stenography test will be preferred for selection.
