MPPSC PCS Eligibility criteria 2026 depend upon different parameters like age factor, educational qualification, etc. Candidates aged between 21 and 40 years (non-uniformed service) and 21 to 33 years (uniformed service) for the general category, with relaxation rules granted for reserved category, and have completed their Graduation are eligible for MPPSC PCS exam 2026. Any candidate found to be ineligible at any stage of selection process will be disqualified immediately. Candidates must note that the admit card does not assure their eligibility.

MPPSC PCS Nationality Criteria 2026

MPPSC 2026 Educational Qualifications are as follows:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute of India.
  • Degrees obtained from foreign universities must be recognized by the Government of India.
  • Students in the appearing year can also apply only if the result is declared before MPPSC PCS Mains 2026.

MPPSC PCS Physical Standard Test 2026

MPPSC PCS 2026 Physical Test has been conducted only for uniformed posts such as Deputy Superintendent of Police, Deputy Jail Superintendent, etc. The following are the requirements for MPPSC PCS Physical Standard Test 2026:

Ques: Can Transgender candidates also apply for MPPSC 2026?

Ans: Yes. Transgender individuals are also eligible to apply for MPPSC 2026 if they fulfill all the required eligibility criteria. In the application form, they have to select ‘Transgender’ in the Gender category.

Ques: Can students from open universities also apply for MPPSC 2026?

Ans: Yes. Candidates from open universities are also eligible to apply for MPPSC PCS 2026 exam. The Open University must be a recognized university in India.

Ques: What is the age relaxation if a candidate is SC and PwD both in MPPSC PCS 2026 exam?

Ans: If a candidate falls under the dual category, then in this condition, the age relaxation will be calculated combinedly. E.g., if a candidate is both PwD and SC, then according to Age relaxation, he/she will get 15 years extra (10 for PwD and 5 for Sc), in total their upper age limit will be 55 years.

Ques: What are the Physical Standard Test requirements for transgender candidates in MPPSC PCS 2026?

Ans: For transgender candidates, the requirement for PST test will as same as for females. The required height is 155 cm, and chest measurements are not applicable.
