IBPS has released the IBPS PO 2024 notification on its official website- ibps.in. In order to fill vacancies for Probationary Officers (CRP-XIV PO/MT) in various public sector banks, the IBPS PO 2024 Exam is being held. Candidates will be chosen for the 11 public sector banks via IBPS CRP PO/MT CRP-XIV.

IBPS PO Prelims 2024 will be held on October 19 & 20, 2024 followed by Mains 2024 on November 30, 2024. The IBPS PO 2024 Selection Process includes Prelims, Mains, and Interview rounds.

Ans. An IBPS probationary officer is first granted an in-hand salary package of Rs. 52,000 to 55,000, which includes dearness allowances, special allowances, HRA, and other benefits. The net in-hand salary for an IBPS PO is approximately Rs. 52,000 to Rs. 55,000.

Ques. How many attempts are allowed for IBPS PO?

Ans. Candidates can take the IBPS PO exam as many times as they want without any restrictions.

Ques. Does the IBPS PO Exam have negative marking?

Ans. Yes, there is negative marking for wrong answers in the objective tests of both Preliminary and Mains Exam of IBPS PO 2024. One-fourth of the total marks available for that question will be deducted if an erroneous response is marked.
