IBPS PO Prelims Admit Card 2026 will be released by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) on its official website, prior to the examination. Candidates can access their admit card by using their registration number, password/date of birth. The admit card contains important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, time, venue, and exam-day instructions. Carrying the admit card to the exam centre is mandatory for identity verification and entry into the examination hall. IBPS PO Interview Admit Card 2025 is available till December 24, 2025, for the Phase-3 round under CRP PO/MT-XV.

How to Download IBPS PO Admit Card 2026?

IBPS PO Interview Call letter 2026 is available online at the official website- ibps.in. All candidates must have login credentials i.e. Login ID/ Registration Number and Date of Birth/ Password to download the same. Applicants may follow the steps mentioned below to download the hall ticket for all stages:

Step 1: Visit the official website of IBPS i.e. ibps.in

Step 2: Click on the link “Click here to download Online Call Letter for IBPS PO/MTs”

Step 3: Enter your “Registration ID or Roll Number” and “Password or date of birth” generated while filling out the IBPS PO Application Form.

Step 4: IBPS PO Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Download the admit card and take a printout.

Note: A separate call letter will be issued to the scribe to assist the specially-abled candidate in the examination.

Here are some important points that the candidates need to remember in regard to their IBPS PO Admit Card.

  • IBPS PO Admit Card will not be sent by post to any candidate under any circumstances. The candidates who are eligible for the exam will be required to download it from the official website.
  • They need to check the admit card very carefully and ensure that their is no error/ discrepancy in it.
  • They must also make a note of the shift timings and exam centres to ensure they are not delayed on the exam day.
  • All the candidates appearing for the exam must carry their IBPS PO Admit Cards and Photo ID proofs to the exam centre on the day of the exam.

All the details mentioned in the Admit Card must match with the information filled in the application form. Below are the details present on the admit card:

IBPS PO 2020 Admit Card
  • Roll Number/ User ID– Provided after the successful registration. It is used to log in during the entire recruitment process.
  • Candidate’s Name – Name of the candidate who is appearing for the examination.
  • Gender of the Candidates- Male/Female
  • Candidate’s Date of Birth- The full birth date of the candidate appearing for the exam is mentioned in the admit card.
  • Candidate’s Photograph and Signature – The passport-size photo of the candidate is similar to the one uploaded at the time of application. Also, a similar photograph is required to be pasted on the admit card on the exam day in the presence of the invigilator.
  • Father’s/ Mother’s Name- The name of the candidates’ father/mother as mentioned during registration is mentioned.
  • Candidate’s Category- The candidates’ category (UR/ SC/ ST/ OBC/ Other) is also mentioned.
  • Password – As generated at the time of registration.
  • Candidate’s Address – The address provided by the candidate in the application form.
  • Registration Number – It is generated at the time of registering as a new user for IBPS
  • Exam Centre Code and Address – Details about IBPS PO exam centre i.e. where a candidate is supposed to report to take the exam.
  • Exam Date, Day, and Time – It is provided by the IBPS for candidates who are going to appear for the exam.
  • Empty Boxes – There are 4 empty boxes. In the first box, the candidate has to paste his/ her passport-size photograph and attest it on the exam day. In the second box, the candidate has to give his Left Thumb Impression that should be clearly affixed in the presence of the invigilator. The third box is meant for the Candidate’s Signature, again this has to be done in the presence of the invigilator and the fourth box is for the Invigilator’s Signature, confirming that all the activities are done in the first three boxes were done in his/ her presence.
  • Exam Day Instructions – There are certain rules and regulations that IBPS has defined for the exam day. It is mandatory for candidates to follow the same. In case one fails to abide by these rules, it will result in the cancellation of the candidature.

IBPS PO 2026 candidates must carry the following documents to the exam venue without which they will not be allowed to take the exam:

  • An Original Photo ID proof (Adhaar Card/ Pan Card/ Driving License etc) and its Xerox
  • A passport-size photograph same as the one uploaded while registering for the exam

Note: In case, Physically Handicapped candidates are availing the facility of a scribe then they need to produce a scribe declaration form at the exam center.

Candidates need to follow some instructions related to the exam, they are:

  • Paste a recent coloured photograph on the admit card.
  • The admit card should not be mutilated or damaged.
  • Candidates would be disqualified from the examination for any misconduct.
  • A photocopy of the valid photo identity card should be brought to the exam center along with the original copy.
  • Details on the photo Id proof should match the details as mentioned in the online application form (Name, Date of Birth, Parent’s Name, and Signature).
  • IBPS would not entertain any request for any kind of changes such as the day or time of the exam, admit card details, and more.
  • Candidates must have identical signatures on each document.
  • Prohibited objects such as mobile phones, earphones must not be carried in the exam hall.
  • In case of any administrative issues or technical glitches, IBPS will try to handle the situation and co-operate with the candidates as far as possible.
