TNPSC has published a Notification for Group I CCSE on the official website- tnpsc.gov.in. You can apply online for TNPSC Group I CCSE Recruitment from April 23, 2024. The last date to apply for TNPSC Group 1 CCSE is May 22, 2024. The preliminary examination will be conducted on July 12, 2024. TNPSC Group I CCSE Educational Qualifications

The educational qualifications required for TNPSC Group I CCSE 2024 is provided below:

District Educational Officer-

• For Open Market Candidates

• A Master’s degree of any University recognized by the University Grants Commission in the State or a degree of equivalent standard in any one of the following subjects namely Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Economics, Geography, History, Commerce, Tamil and English

AND

• Should have studied Tamil under Part-I or Part-II of the Intermediate or Pre-University Course or Higher Secondary Course

AND

• Bachelor of Teaching or Bachelor of Education of any recognized University in the State or a degree of equivalent standard.

• For the Teacher candidates

• A Master’s Degree of any University recognized by the University Grants Commission in the State or a Degree of equivalent standard in any one of the following subjects namely Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Economics, Geography, History, Commerce, Tamil and English

AND

• Should have studied Tamil under Part-I or Part-II of the Intermediate or Pre University Course or Higher Secondary Course

AND

• Teaching experience for a period of not less than twelve years in a recognized school after acquiring the degree of Bachelor of Teaching or equivalent qualification.

Assistant Commissioner -

• You must possess any degree and also a degree of Bachelor of Law (3 years course) or a degree of Bachelor of Law (5 years Integrated course) of a University recognized by the University Grants Commission for its Grant.

AND

• Must be actually practicing as an Advocate or as a Pleader in a Court of Civil or Criminal Jurisdiction for a period of not less than three years

OR

• Must have put in a service of not less than six years in the post of Executive Officer, Grade-I or Grade II or Grade-III or Grade IV, or Inspector or Head Clerk or Manager or Superintendent in the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department
