Steps to fill CUET UG Application form 2026

CUET UG 2026 Application process has started for candidates seeking admission to undergraduate programmes in central, state, and participating universities. Candidates can check the step-by-step process below to fill the CUET UG 2026 Application Form:

Step 1: Go to the official website cuet.nta.nic.in

  • Register yourself by giving your personal information.
  • Choose a password and provide a security question and response.

Step 2: Now log in, enter your password and the application number that the system generated. Enter your personal information, educational background, choice of university or program, and cities of exam.

  • Educational qualifications (Class 12 and other relevant information)
  • Choice of courses and universities (CUET allows you to select multiple courses and universities)

Step 3: Upload scanned photograph and signature

  • Photograph: Black and white or color, with a white background and 80% of the face visible. Size: between 10 and 200 kb.
  • Signature: 4–30 kb in size, in JPG/JPEG format.
  • PwD Certification, if any.

Step 4: Payment of Fees

Use Net Banking, a credit card, a debit card, or UPI to pay the exam cost online. GST and processing fees will be charged.

Step 5: A confirmation page of CUET UG Registration form will be produced upon a successful fee payment. If not, get in touch with the relevant payment gateway or bank.

Important Note:

  • Each candidate may only submit one application (unless for twins).
  • After submitting an application, there is no need to send any paperwork to the NTA.
  • The application is considered successful only after the fee payment is confirmed.
  • Applications that are incomplete or do not successfully pay the fee will be denied.
