IB ACIO Application Process 2025

Candidates who are planning to apply for IB ACIO exams and have successfully fulfilled the eligibility criteria must follow the steps mentioned below to apply online for IB ACIO from July 19 to August 10, 2025:

1. Go to the official MHA portal: Open your browser and navigate to www.mha.gov.in.
2. Find and click the “IB ACIO Grade II/Executive Recruitment 2025” link: Look under the “Recruitment” or “What’s New” section for the ACIO notification, then choose Apply Online once the link appears on 19 July 2025.
3. Register as a new user: Provide a valid email ID and mobile number, set a password, and verify your details via the OTP sent to your phone/email.
4. Log in and fill out the form: Enter your personal particulars (name, date of birth, category, etc.), academic qualifications, and any other information requested.
5. Upload required files: Scan and upload your recent passport‑size photograph and your signature in the prescribed dimensions and formats.
6. Pay the application fee: Use Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking to pay the application fee. Make sure to complete payment by the last date.
7. Review and submit: Before final submission, preview all entries to correct any mistakes. After submitting, download and safely store the confirmation page or printout for your records.

IB ACIO Application Fees across all the categories have been tabulated below:

Note:

• All SC/ST candidates, female candidates and those Ex-Servicemen who are eligible for reservation, are exempted from payment of examination fee i.e., Rs. 100/-. However, they will have to pay the Recruitment Processing Charges i.e. Rs. 550/-.
• Ex-servicemen who have already secured employment in civil side under Central Govt in Group 'C' post on regular basis after availing benefits of reservation given to them are required to pay the examination fee, i.e., Rs. 100/- also along with recruitmient processing charges of Rs. 550/-.
• Banking charges, if applicable, will be borne by the candidate.

IB ACIO Admit Card 2025

IB ACIO Tier 2 Admit Card will be released soon. It will include vital information like the candidate's name, application number, roll number, exam date, time, and designated testing facility. Candidates are advised to download their admit card well in advance of the exam date.

Steps to Download IB ACIO Admit Card:

The simple steps that must be followed to download IB ACIO Admit Card are as follows,

• Visit the official website of IB ACIO and find the admit card section link, then click on it.
• Enter the required data, i.e. your date of birth, application ID number, and roll number.
• Click 'Submit' or 'Download' to continue after providing the necessary information.
• The admit card can be downloaded after the information has been successfully validated.

IB ACIO Exam Pattern 2025

IB ACIO Exam is structured into three main stages: Tier 1, Tier 2, and the Interview round. The first two tiers serve as the entrance examinations, followed by a personal interview. The detailed IB ACIO exam pattern for each stage is provided in the table below for your reference:

IB ACIO Tier 1 Exam Pattern

Note: IB ACIO Tier 1 exam will be conducted online. For every correct answer candidates will be given +1 and for every wrong answer they will be deducted of 0.25.

Note: Based on the combined scores of IB ACIO Tier 1 and 2, candidates will be called in for the Interview round (100 Marks). After successfully clearing the interview rounds candidates will be finally selected for the post.
