SBI PO Prelims syllabus consists of three subjects- Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and Reasoning Ability. 35 questions each are asked from Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability while English Language has 30 questions. Every question consists of 1 mark each with a negative marking of ¼ of the allotted marks per wrong answer. The total duration of the exam is an hour.

SBI PO Selection Process has Mains and Interview rounds after the Prelims. Mains consists of both objective and descriptive questions for a total of 250 marks. On the other hand, the interview is divided into Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The former consists of 20 marks while the latter has 30 marks making a total of 50 marks. For final selection, the marks obtained in Mains and Interview and normalised.
