You can apply online for SBI PO 2026 by following these steps-

Step 1: Visit the official State Bank of India at sbi.co.in

Step 2: Navigate to the "Careers" section on the homepage.

Step 3: Click on the "Apply Online" link to access the application form.

Step 4: Fill in the required details for registration, including name, contact information, and email address.

Step 5: Generate a unique registration ID and password.

Step 6: Log in using the provided credentials.

Step 7: Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and other required information in the application form.

Step 8: Upload scanned copies of passport-sized photographs and signatures as per the specified dimensions.

Step 9: Pay the application fee using the available online payment options.

Step 10: Submit the application form after verifying all the details. Take a printout of the application confirmation for reference.

You need to upload documents in a specified size in the SBI PO application form. Failing which, your application form will not be accepted. Also, a handwritten declaration stating that you have entered all the valid and correct details in the application form is to be uploaded to the form.

SBI PO Application Correction Window 2026

SBI does not open the SBI PO application correction window to edit any details submitted by you. Therefore, you are advised to enter all details correctly and validly.

SBI PO 2026 Application Withdrawal

You cannot withdraw your SBI PO application form once you submit it.

Handwritten Declaration

You are required to submit SBI PO Handwritten Declaration in the following text and format-

“I________(Name of the candidate), _______(Date of Birth), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. Tetc., signature, photograph and left-hand thumb impression are mine”.

SBI PO 2026 Application: Points to Note

You must note down the following points about SBI PO application-

1. You can submit up to 1 application form. In case you submit multiple applications, only the last valid (completed) application will be retained.
2. You are advised to take a printout of your system-generated online application form after applying.
3. Your details from the application form will be used throughout the entire recruitment process. For instance, your SBI PO admit card will have details on the exam centre, your name, photograph, signature, etc from the application form only. Therefore, you must fill out your application form carefully.
4. No request for change in any detail in the application form will be entertained after submitting the application form.
5. You are advised to keep your registered e-mail ID & mobile connection active for receiving any updates on SBI PO exam.
