Candidates from the unreserved category, willing to appear for RPF Constable, must fall within the age range of 18 to 23 years at the time of notification. For other category candidates, RRB has provided age relaxation, which is given below:

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) requires the candidates appearing for Railway Protection Force (RPF) Constable 2026 must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation/SSLC) or its equivalent from a recognized board or institution.
All candidates (Male/Female) who qualify RPF Constable CBT exam are to appear for the Physical standards as set by RRB. These physical standards test a candidate's fitness for RPF Constable posts. Male candidates will undergo both height and weight measurements. But Female candidates are to undergo only height measurement.

Candidates, after qualifying RPF Constable CBT, will be called to give their physical efficiency tests. These tests include run, long jump, and high jump. The standards of PMT for males and females are given below:
