How to Apply Online for RRB Ministerial & Isolated Categories 2026?

RRB Ministerial & Isolated Categories application process is conducted completely online through the Railway Recruitment Board portal. Candidates must complete registration, fill in details, upload documents, and pay the fee within the prescribed dates. Follow the steps below to apply online:

Step 1: Visit the Official RRB Website

Visit the official Railway Recruitment Board website and access the CEN Ministerial & Isolated Categories 2026 notification link.

Step 2: Open the Online Application Link

RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories Recruitment 2026: Application Fees

The candidates will be required to submit an application fee before finalising their online application. The fees will be variable following the category they belong to. the Payment can be done through credit/debit card, UPI, and Netbanking. Apart from that, they can also pay through an offline challan.

Note: For the former category, an amount of Rs.400 will be refunded on appearing in the Computer-Based Test and for the latter category, the fee of Rs.250 will be refunded for the same.

Step 1: Visit the official RRB website and log in using your registration number and password.

Step 2: Click on the “Modify / Edit Application” link available in the candidate dashboard.

Step 3: Edit only the allowed fields, such as category, educational details, or post preference.

Step 4: Pay the prescribed correction fee online, ₹250 per attempt.

Step 5: Submit the revised application and download the confirmation page for future reference.

Note: Fields like name, date of birth, photo, and gender cannot be changed.

Candidates should note that RRB Ministerial & Isolated Categories application correction/modification window allows limited edits in the submitted form. During this window, applicants cannot change key account details, such as the details filled in the “Create an Account” form (for example, email ID, mobile number) or the chosen RRB zone
