Documents Required for UPSC EPFO 2026 Exam

Before reaching the exam centre candidates should ensure that they carry the following documents along with them:

  • To ensure entry to the exam centre candidates should carry a hard copy of their e-admit card.
  • Candidates who do not have clear images on their e-admit card must bring two passport-size photographs with an undertaking, as well as photo identity proof such as an Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter I.D., and so on, to the Recruitment Test.
  • It is recommended that candidates bring their black ballpoint pen.
Exam Guidelines

UPSC EPFO 2026 Exam Day Guidelines

All candidates should abide by the following guidelines during the UPSC EPFO examination:

  • Candidates must report to the allotted test center one hour before the commencement of the examination.
  • Entry to the center will be closed 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination i.e. 9:50 A.M.
  • On the day of the Recruitment Test, the applicants' seating plan will be published at the venue. Candidates should double-check the exact location of their seats before entering the exam halls/rooms.
  • All candidates are required to wear masks or face covers. Candidates who do not wear a mask or cover their faces will be denied admission to the venue.
  • Candidates, on the other hand, will be required to remove their masks for examination purposes whenever the Exam officials request.
  • The candidate may bring his or her own hand sanitizer in a transparent bottle (small size).
  • Candidates must adhere to COVID-19 standards for ‘Social Distancing' and ‘Personal Hygiene' while in the venue's rooms and grounds.
  • Mobile phones and other electronic devices are prohibited in the testing area.
  • Candidates are urged not to bring any valuables or expensive objects to the TEST Halls, since their safety cannot be guaranteed. In this case, the Commission will not be liable for any losses.
  • Without the approval of the invigilator on duty/supervisor, no candidate shall leave the TEST Hall for any reason.
  • The candidate should also be aware that if ineligibility is discovered after the issuance of the e-Admit Card at any point before or after the Test, or if the conditions stipulated in the Rules and Instructions given in the advertisement or any other additional information/documents required at any point are not provided within the time specified, the candidature will be rejected.
  • The candidate should be aware that only those candidates who pass the Recruitment Test have their eligibility conditions (age, educational qualifications, community, etc.) verified by the Commission using original papers. The candidature remains "provisional" until it is properly confirmed by the Commission.
