Candidates have to visit the official website and click on the link- ‘Apply Online”. A page will appear with the application withdrawal link.
Fill in the details such as UPSC registration ID, name, gender, date of birth, mother’s name, father’s name, mobile number, and email ID.
A drop-down menu will appear. Click on either of the options- ‘Yes’ or ‘No’
A page with terms and conditions will appear. Agree with that.
Candidates will receive two separate OTPs to the registered email ID and mobile number.
Candidates should print the receipt after the request for online withdrawal is accepted.
Once the withdrawal is completed, candidates will receive an auto-generated email and SMS on their registered email ID and mobile number.

Note:

The application that is withdrawn once cannot be re-submitted.
Make sure to fill in all the details properly during the withdrawal of the application form.
The application fee is not refundable even in this circumstance.
