Step 10: Submit the application form after verifying all the details. Take a printout of the application confirmation for reference.

“I________(Name of the candidate), _______(Date of Birth) hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left-hand thumb impression is of mine”.

SBI PO 2025 Application: Points to Note

You must note down the following points about SBI PO application:

1. You can submit up to 1 application form. In case, you submit multiple applications, only the last valid (completed) application will be retained.
2. You are advised to take a printout of your system-generated online application form after applying.
3. Your details from the application form will be used throughout the entire recruitment process. For instance, your SBI PO admit card will have details on the exam center, your name, photograph, signature, etc from the application form only.
