Visit the registration portal. On the next page, click “Click here for New Registration.” You’ll be required to enter your name, mobile number, and valid email ID. After submission, a Provisional Registration Number and Password will be auto-generated by the system and sent via SMS and email. Make sure to save these credentials securely for future logins.
