How to Apply Online for NABARD Grade A 2026?

NABARD Grade A Application Process 2026 started on November 8, 2026. Candidates can apply online by following the steps given below:

• Visit NABARD website, nabard.org.
• On the homepage, open the “Career Notices” section and click on the link titled “Recruitment to the Post of Assistant Manager (Legal Service, Protocol & Security Service) in Grade ‘A’- 2026.”
• Click the “Apply Here” to reach the online registration portal. New users must register using a valid email address and mobile number to generate a Registration ID and Password.
• Log in with your Registration Number and Password. Enter personal details (name, father/mother’s name, DOB, category, contact information) exactly as in official ID proof.
• Choose the post/stream you wish to apply for and select your preferred CBT exam centre(s) from the list published by NABARD.
• Now enter your educational and work-experience (if applicable) details that contain university/college, marks, passing year, specialization, and any relevant experience.
• Upload the required scanned files, which include a photograph, a signature, a left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration in prescribed formats and sizes.
• Review the entire form carefully to check all entries and uploaded documents. Once the form is submitted, changes may not be allowed.
• Pay the application fee online via debit/credit/net banking/UPI as per your category. Ensure the payment is successful and note the transaction details.
• After successful payment, submit the final form and download/print your confirmation page for future reference.

Documents Required for NABARD Grade A Application 2026

Before filling NABARD Grade A application form, candidates must keep ready the following documents:

• Recent passport-size photograph: It should be in JPG/JPEG of size 4.5 cm × 3.5 cm and file size of 20 KB to 50 KB.
• Signature: It should be done with black ink on white paper, in JPG/JPEG format, of file size 10 KB to 20 KB.
• Left thumb impression: It should be in JPG format.
• Handwritten declaration (if required): It should be in JPG format of file size 50 KB to 100 KB.
• ID proof: It can be Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID in PDF/JPG as specified.
• Educational certificates: Candidates shall upload their educational qualification proof as degree/mark sheets (relevant to stream).
• Caste Certificate: Candidates shall upload caste / PwBD / ex-serviceman certificates if applicable.

NABARD Grade A selection process is covered in three key stages, namely an objective-type Prelims exam to screen candidates, a Main exam (objective + descriptive), and finally an Interview/Personality test. After this, document verification is done for interview-qualified candidates in NABARD Grade A exam.
