RRB JE 2025 Apply Online Date Extended: Check Correction Window

RRB JE 2025 Application Process began on October 31, 2025, at the official website and will end on December 10, 2025. Candidates are required to submit the application form and pay the fee online by December 12, 2025, if they meet the eligibility requirements. All the information, including personal details, educational qualifications, etc, must be filled accurately to avoid any discrepancy. The application correction window will be provided for a short period of time to make modifications or corrections for the candidates who had applied for RRB JE 2025.

How to Apply for RRB JE 2025?

RRB JE Application Process must be completed online from October 31 to December 10, 2025. The application process can be divided into stages of account creation, apply online, and fee payment.

Step 1: Account creation: Candidates must create an account in RRB portal to register themselves by following the points below:

• Go to the official website and select RRB 2025 tab.
• Click the New Registration link to register yourself by giving your personal details and ID Proof.
• Click submit to create the registration ID and Password. Note them down for future reference.

Step 2: Apply Online: Candidates must fill out the various fields to complete the application process by following the points below:

• Fill in the rest of the sections of the application form.
• Candidates can also select the exam language among the languages Hindi, English, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

Step 3: Upload all the necessary documents in the required format.

Step 4: Proceed to pay the fees online. This can be done through BHIM

UPI/internet banking or by using a credit/debit card of Visa/ Mastercard/ Maestro/ RuPay.

Step 5: Submit the application. Download the confirmation page for future reference.

RRB JE Application Fee 2025

Candidates must pay the fee in the online mode to complete RRB JE application process. The application fee for various categories are:

RRB JE Refund of Application Fee 2025

RRB will refund the application fee only for candidates who had appeared in RRB JE CBT 1. All candidates must clearly mention their bank details (Name of Bank, Name of Account Holder, Account Number, and IFSC Code) for receiving the refundable portion of their RRB JE exam; fee (i.e., Rs.400/- or Rs.250/- as applicable deducting bank charges) in their application form. The responsibility for furnishing correct bank account details lies on the candidates and RRB. In case of wrong/incomplete beneficiary details and erroneous/incomplete/rejected applications, there will be no refund of the exam fee.

Documents required for RRB JE 2025

Candidates are supposed to upload documents during their application process. Candidates are required to capture a live photograph of the candidate at the time of application form filling, by web cam or by front camera (screen side camera) of the mobile phone. SC/ST candidates requesting a free pass for train travel must also upload the certificate in PDF Format. All documents to be uploaded must be within 400 kb. RRB JE 2025 Application Form Correction

RRB provides the provision for candidates to make corrections in the application for RRB JE after the submission date. The correction window will be open for a time period, which is from December 13, 2025 to December 22, 2025. Candidates can follow the steps below to make corrections:

Step 1: Login to the website with the credentials.

Step 2: Click the ‘Modify Application’ option to make the changes.

Step 3: Pay the modification fee of Rs 250 to complete the process.

Step 4: Download the new application/ confirmation page for future reference.

Candidates completing the application process must recheck all the fields before submitting. They must also note that modifications in the application can only be made twice for RRB JE 2025.
