RRB Paramedical Eligibility Criteria 2025

To be eligible for RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet specific educational qualifications and age limits as outlined for various posts.

Nationality: A candidate must be either:
(i) a citizen of India, or
(ii) a citizen of Nepal, or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan, or
(iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before 01.01.1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling inIndia.

Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess the required educational, technical, or professional qualifications from a recognized Institute / University as on the last date (i.e., 08.09.2025) for submission of online application. Candidates who are awaiting the results of their final exams are not eligible to apply.

Note: The educational/technical/professional qualification certificates viz. Provisional or Regular Certificates should contain the date of issue. In case, date of issue of these certificates is after the closing date of the notification, then the consolidated marks sheet with date of declaration of the final qualifying exam or individual mark sheets of all the semesters/years with date of declaration of each semester /year result should be submitted. In case of non-availability of date in any of these certificates, then a certificate indicating date of declaration of result from the Board/University to this effect should be produced at the time of DV.

Age Limit: The age of candidates should be between 18 to 35 years as of January 1, 2026, for most positions. However, the age range varies for different posts. Below is the detailed age range for each post:

Age Relaxation in upper age limit / maximum upper age for the following categories/communities in the table below are applicable, subject to submission of requisite certificates.

i) If a candidate is eligible for age relaxation on more than one ground, he/she will get the maximum amongst the relaxations for which he/she is eligible (not cumulative).

ii) SC, ST & OBC (NCL) candidates applying against UR vacancies will not be eligible to get any age relaxation.

iii) PwBD candidates applying against UR vacancies will be allowed age relaxation applicable for PwBD (UR) only –subject to conditions of suitability.

Note: Candidates must note that the date of birth filled in their application should be the same as recorded in their Matriculation / SSLC or an equivalent certificate. No subsequent request for a change in date of birth will be considered. Any difference in the date of birth will lead to disqualification of the candidate.

RRB Paramedical Application Process 2025-26

RRB Paramedical 2025 application process is conducted online from August 9 to September 9, 2025. Candidates need to fill out the application form, upload necessary documents, and pay the application fee to complete the registration. RRB Paramedical Scorecard 2025 has been released by Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) on August 12, 2025, following the Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted from April 28 to 30, 2025. RRB Paramedical Result 2025

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially released the RRB Paramedical Result 2024 on 11th August 2025. This result declares the qualifying status of candidates for 1,376 posts across various paramedical categories, including Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Health Inspector, and more. Candidates who have qualified in the Computer-Based Test (CBT), which was held from 28th to 30th April 2025, are now shortlisted for the next stages: document verification and medical examination.
