RRB Paramedical Educational Qualification 2025

RRB Paramedical 2025 educational qualification varies according to the post. Candidates must possess the required qualification from a recognised board, university, or institute as on the closing date of the application. Here is the post-wise minimum educational qualification:

• Dietician – B.Sc. in Science with Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics (1 year) plus 3 months’ internship in a hospital, or B.Sc. Home Science with M.Sc. in Home Science (Food & Nutrition).
• Staff Nurse – Certificate as Registered Nurse and Midwife after completion of 3 years’ course in General Nursing and Midwifery from a school of nursing or other institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council, or B.Sc. in Nursing.
• Dental Hygienist – Degree in Science (Biology) and 2 years’ Diploma/Certificate in Dental Hygiene from a recognised institute, registered with Dental Council of India, with 2 years’ experience as a Dental Hygienist.
• Dialysis Technician – B.Sc. with Diploma in Haemodialysis, or two years’ satisfactory in-house training/experience in haemodialysis work.
• Extension Educator – Graduation in Sociology/Social Work/Community Education with a diploma in Health Education from a recognised institute, or Graduation in Sociology/Social Work/Community Education with a degree in Health Education from a recognised university.
• Health & Malaria Inspector Grade III – B.Sc. in Chemistry plus 1-year Diploma in Health/Sanitary Inspector, or 1-year National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Health/Sanitary Inspector awarded by NCVT.
• Lab Superintendent Grade III – B.Sc. in Bio-Chemistry/Microbiology/Life Science/Chemistry plus Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) or equivalent.
• Optometrist – B.Sc. in Optometry or Diploma in Ophthalmic Science, with registration in the concerned council/licensing body.
• Perfusionist – B.Sc. with Diploma in Perfusion Technology, or B.Sc. Perfusion Technology, with 2 years’ experience in the field.
• Physiotherapist – Bachelors in Physiotherapy from a recognised university and two years’ practical experience.
• Pharmacist Grade III – 10+2 in Science or equivalent, with Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institute, and registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
• Radiographer – 10+2 with Physics & Chemistry, and Diploma in Radiography/X-ray Technician/Radio Diagnosis Technology (2 years).
• Speech Therapist – B.Sc. in Speech & Hearing, or equivalent, with 2 years’ experience as a Speech Therapist in a hospital.
• ECG Technician – 10+2/Intermediate in Science with Diploma/Degree in ECG Laboratory Technology/Cardiology/Cardiac Technology/Electrophysiology from a recognised institute.
• Lady Health Visitor – 12th from a recognised board with ANM qualification, and minimum 2 years’ experience as a Health Worker in a government or recognised health organisation.
• Lab Assistant Grade II – 12th in Science plus Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).

RRB Paramedical Nationality 2025

To be eligible for the RRB Paramedical 2025 recruitment, a candidate must be:

1. A citizen of India, or
2. A citizen of Nepal, or
3. A subject of Bhutan, or
4. A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling here, or
5. A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia) and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

NOTE: Candidates without Indian citizenship must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
