Documents Required for RRB Paramedical 2025 Application

RRB Paramedical 2025 application process will be conducted entirely online through the official websites of the Railway Recruitment Boards. Candidates must carefully follow the instructions to ensure their applications are complete and valid.
How to Apply for RRB Paramedical 2025?
- Create an Account: New users must first create an account on the application portal by providing details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID. Information entered here cannot be changed later. Candidates who already have an account from earlier RRB recruitments should log in using existing credentials.
- Verify Aadhaar or Other ID: Candidates are encouraged to verify their identity using Aadhaar during the account creation or application stage for a smoother process.
- Fill the Online Application Form: Enter personal details, educational qualifications, category information, post preferences, and RRB choice carefully.
- Upload Scanned Documents: Upload the live photograph, signature, and other mandatory certificates in the prescribed format and size.
- Pay the Application Fee: Pay the examination fee through online payment modes such as debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.
- Final Submission: Review the entered details and submit the application. Take a printout or save the acknowledgement for future reference.
- Modification Window: If needed, candidates can edit certain fields (except account details and chosen RRB) during the correction period by paying the modification fee.
RRB Paramedical 2025 Application Fees
Railway Recruitment Boards have fixed the examination fee based on candidate categories, with partial refunds for those who appear in the CBT.

RRB Paramedical Application Correction Window
Railway Recruitment Boards will provide a specific time period for candidates to make corrections in their submitted application form for RRB Paramedical 2025 exam. This facility will be available from 11 September 2025 to 20 September 2025.
During this window, candidates can edit certain details in their application form by paying a non-refundable modification fee of ₹250 for each correction attempt. However, it is important to note that the following details cannot be changed under any circumstances:
- Information provided in the “Create an Account” stage (including name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number)
- Chosen RRB
All other editable fields, such as category, educational details, post preferences, or uploaded documents, can be corrected within the allowed period. After 20 September 2025, no requests for changes will be accepted, and the application will be processed as per the last submitted version.

Ques: Can I apply for more than one RRB Paramedical 2025 exam post?
Ans: No. Candidates can choose only one RRB and apply for the posts available under it. Multiple applications to the same or different RRBs will lead to rejection.
Ques: Is there an age relaxation for women candidates in the RRB Paramedical 2025 exam?
Ans: Yes. Widowed, divorced, or judicially separated women who have not remarried are eligible for age relaxation as per their category, as mentioned in the official notification.
