• Indian Citizen: You must be citizens of India. you should possess a valid Indian passport or any other proof of Indian citizenship.
• Subject of Nepal/Bhutan: If you are a subject of Nepal or Bhutan then you are eligible to apply for the exam. However, you must provide the required documents and legal permissions to work in India.
• Tibetan Refugees: Tibetan refugees who came to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India are eligible to apply for the exam. They need to possess the necessary certificates issued by the Government of India to prove their refugee status.
• Individuals of Indian Origin: Candidates of Indian origin who have migrated from certain specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India are also eligible to apply for the exam. 4. Terms and Conditions: Candidates using a scribe must ensure the following:
