EMRS Age Relaxation 2026

EMRS Staff Selection Exam 2026 provides age relaxation for candidates belonging to reserved categories and special groups. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)

  • Qualification:
    • Master’s Degree in the subject applied for, with at least 50% marks.
    • B.Ed. with at least 50% marks OR Integrated B.Ed.–M.Ed. / 4-year integrated course.

    • PGT (English): Master’s in English
    • PGT (Hindi): Master’s in Hindi
    • PGT (Physics): Master’s in Physics (with Physics studied in graduation)

    • M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or MCA/M.Tech. (Computer Science/IT) with at least 50% marks.
    • For promotion in future, B.Ed. will also be required.

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject with at least 50% marks.
    • B.Ed. with at least 50% marks.
    • Must have qualified CTET Paper-II.
  • Subject-specific Eligibility:
    • TGT (Hindi): Hindi studied as main subject in all 3 years of graduation.
    • TGT (English): English studied as main subject in all 3 years of graduation.
    • TGT (Maths): Graduation with Maths + Physics for 1 year, and Chemistry/Electronics/CS/Statistics for 1 year.
    • TGT (Science): Graduation in Biology/Botany/Zoology with Chemistry as subsidiary subject.

TGT (Computer Science)

  • Qualification:
    • BCA with at least 50% marks OR
    • Graduation in Computer Science/IT with 50% marks in aggregate, studied as main subject OR
    • B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/IT with at least 50% marks.
  • Extra Skills (Desirable): Knowledge of English/Hindi/regional language, and experience in residential schools.

Art Teacher

  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Drawing/Painting/Fine Arts/Graphic Arts/Sculpture with at least 50% marks.
    • Candidate must have studied Drawing & Painting as a main subject for all 3 years.
  • Desirable Skills: Knowledge of computers, English/Hindi/regional language, and experience in residential schools.

Music Teacher

  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Music/Performing Arts from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.
    • Music should have been studied in all 3 years of graduation.
  • Desirable Skills: Computer knowledge, English/Hindi/regional language, residential school experience.

Physical Education Teacher (Male/Female)

  • Qualification:
    • 4-year integrated B.P.Ed. course with 50% marks OR
    • Bachelor’s in Physical Education with 50% marks (Physical Education studied in all 3 years) OR
    • Bachelor’s in Physical Education + participation at State/National/Inter-University level + B.P.Ed.
  • Desirable: Experience in residential schools, knowledge of English/Hindi/regional language, and diploma from National Institute of Sports.

Librarian

  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor’s in Library Science with 50% marks OR
    • Bachelor’s in Library & Information Science with 50% marks OR
    • Integrated Master’s in Library & Information Science with 50% marks.
  • Desirable: Residential school experience and computer knowledge.

Female Staff Nurse

  • Qualification:
    • B.Sc. Nursing (Basic/Post Basic) with registration under State Nursing Council.
    • OR Diploma Nursing + 2.5 years’ experience in a hospital with at least 50 beds.
  • Desirable: Residential school experience and computer application knowledge.

Hostel Warden (Male/Female)

  • 4-year Integrated Graduation Degree in Education/related subject OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Accountant

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a recognized university.
  • (Note: BBA degree holders are not eligible.)

Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)

  • 12th pass (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board.
  • Must have typing speed of 35 words/minute in English OR 30 words/minute in Hindi.

Lab Attendant

  • 10th Pass with a Diploma/Certificate in Laboratory Techniques OR
