SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Pattern consists of four sections — General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension — with 25 questions in each section. The paper carries a total of 100 questions for 200 marks, with each correct answer awarded 2 marks and a penalty of 0.50 marks for every incorrect response. The total duration of the test is 60 minutes, and it is conducted entirely in computer-based format.
