KVS Application Process 2026: Direct Link to Apply Online

KVS Application Process 2026 will be held by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) in collaboration with Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) through the official websites of KVS and CBSE, to recruit various teaching and non-teaching posts. In this process, candidates must register themselves, fill in personal & educational details, upload required documents (photograph, signature, caste certificate & marksheet), and pay the fee before the deadline.

How to Apply for KVS Recruitment 2026?

KVS application process 2026 will start soon on the official portal of KVS and CBSE. Candidates can follow the steps given below to complete their application process:

• Visit the official websites: Go to the official website of KVS or CBSE, kvsangathan.nic.in or cbse.gov.in. Click on the link titled “Apply Online for Recruitment 2026.”

• New Register: Register using a valid email ID and mobile number. After registration, the system will generate your Login ID and Password, which must be noted and kept safe.

• Fill in Application Form: Log in with the received credentials and fill in the online application form, which includes personal details, educational qualifications, category information, and post selection.

• Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your recent photograph and signature strictly in the prescribed formats.
• Pay the application fee: Candidates must ensure to pay the application fee as per their category and the posts. Ensure the payment status shows “OK”. If the transaction fails, reattempt payment as instructed.
• Review & Submit: Candidates must carefully review all details before final submission.

  Once submitted, no modifications will be allowed under any circumstances.

• Save the application form: Candidates must save and download the Confirmation Page. Candidates are not required to send a hard copy to CBSE/KVS/NVS, but must keep the printout for document verification during the interview.

KVS Recruitment Application Fee 2026

KVS Application fee 2026 depends on the category of the candidate and the posts they are applying for. The application fee for different posts is given below:

• Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD and Ex-Servicemen categories are not required to pay the application fee. However, the processing of Rs. 500 will have to be paid by each and every applicant.
• Candidates need to pay the application fee through online mode using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.

Documents Required for KVS Recruitment 2026

During the application process, candidates must upload certain documents and later present these documents to prove their eligibility and identity. The documents required for KNS recruitment 2026 are as follows:

• Recent passport-size photograph and scanned signature (in JPG/JPEG format only).
• Educational certificates and mark sheets (10th, 12th, Graduation, and other relevant degrees).
• Proof of age (birth certificate or Class 10th marksheet).
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if applicable.
• Disability certificate (PwBD), if applicable.
