RBI Grade B Eligibility Criteria 2025
Candidates applying for RBI Grade B 2025 exam must meet specific eligibility conditions related to nationality, age limit, educational qualifications, and experience (where applicable). These criteria vary depending on the post.
RBI Grade B 2025 Nationality
Applicants must be either:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962, intending to settle permanently, or
- A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam) with the intention of settling in India permanently.

RBI Grade B 2025 Age Limit
RBI Grade B 2025 candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age. This means applicants must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have exceeded the age of 30 years. However, relaxations in the upper age limit are available for certain categories such as SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and candidates with higher qualifications like M.Phil. or Ph.D. These relaxations provide extended age eligibility depending on the category and circumstances.
