How to Apply for RBI Grade B 2026

If the university or institute provides a specific formula for this conversion, it will be accepted. However, if no such formula is provided, the RBI uses the following guidelines for converting CGPA/OGPA/CPI to percentage marks:

RBI Grade B Selection Process 2026

  1. Phase-I: Online Examination: Phase-I is a screening test that evaluates candidates on General Awareness, English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability through multiple-choice questions. Candidates must meet the minimum cutoff to qualify for Phase II.

RBI Grade B Salary 2026

RBI Grade B 2026 salary structure includes a variety of allowances. The selected candidates will begin with a basic pay of ₹78,450 per month, and they are also entitled to other benefits such as Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance (DA), Local Compensatory Allowance (LCA), Grade Allowance, Special Grade Allowance, Learning Allowance, and House Rent Allowance (HRA), if accommodation is not provided by the Bank.
