SSC to Withdraw GD Constable 2022 Result Released on March 15, 2024 for Manipur Candidates

SSC released a short notice on its website - ssc.nic.in to update that the commission withdraws SSC GD Constable 2022 result of Manipur candidates. After the declaration of result, it was found that the result PDF did not have the data of one phase of the exam.

SSC GD Recruitment 2022 for Manipur Candidates

SSC conducted physical and medical tests for Manipur candidates in different phases to maintain law and order in the state due to the conflict that was happening . SSC declared SSC GD Constable final result 2022 on March 15, 2024. The data of one phase is missing in the result PDF without noticing.

SSC GD Result 2022 Missed Result of One Phase

After the declaration of result, “valley-majority Meiteis” who belong to General category candidates of Manipur suspected that a large number of candidates were selected from “ Kuki-Zo tribes” - under Scheduled Tribes (ST) category.

Meiteis group protested in Manipur at several places as they pointed out that the data of one phase is missing. Manipur BJP MLA Rajkumar Imo Singh took Social Media Platform “X” to question on the suspicion. He said that it is a genuine mistake.

What Meiteis Community Demand on SSC GD Result 2022?

A joint community of Meiteis group raised their concern on missing of data of candidates from Other Backward Classes (OBC), Scheduled Castes (SC), economically weaker sections, and unreserved category in the exam. They had asked CM of Manipur that initially 107 candidates from General category had qualified but the final result missed out data on these qualified candidates.

On the suspicion of the SSC GD 2022 result, some candidates questioned the reliability of government officials on exams. They have raised their voice on Twitter.
